A bold bathroom and toilet full of character

Dare to use colour.

For this home, the Den Haan Renovators team realised a bathroom and a separate toilet that show a renovation can be bold. Both rooms were completely renovated, with a design that stands out and a finish that is right down to the last detail.

The design is by Ruub’s Styling. They chose a playful combination of Portuguese tiles on the floor and bright red tiles on the wall. That red wall is the eye-catcher of the bathroom. It is a vivid, confident colour that gives the room personality and shows that luxury does not have to be dull. Gold-coloured taps complete the look.

To let the colourful design come into its own, we opted for subtle lighting. The plaster-in spotlights from DMQ are seamlessly set into the plasterwork, so you see only the light and not the fitting. That calls for precise work from our craftsmen, because with details like these, every flaw shows.

The toilet received the same considered approach. It is a compact room that connects seamlessly with the bathroom yet has a character of its own, with deep red wall tiles, a small hand basin with a gold tap and walls with a rich floral pattern.

Den Haan Renovators handled the entire project, from demolition to final finishing. The result is a bathroom and toilet where bold design and craftsmanship come together.
